SUNDAY, July 1st, 2012 BIBLE LESSON
 @ 9 am in Portable 4
Memory Verse:  Everyone who receives Him receives forgiveness of sins through His name.   Acts 10:43

There's so much to the Bible story of Abraham.  This week we continue learning about this man of unbelievable FAITH.  Not only do we learn more about Abraham, but we also learn about his nephew, Lot.  Did you know that God wants us to love our enemies?  Here's something to consider when you get mad at someone and/or when someone does something that hurts your feelings.  Your first thoughts may be to get back at the person and hurt them or make them mad too.  Remember this, God not only created you, but He created that other person as well.  So, even though we are upset with the other person, we have to ask ourselves, how would God want us to treat that person.  The Bible, God's Word, teaches us that God wants us to live in peace and to love our enemies.  It may not be what we want to do, but if God wants us to do that, then don't you think you should give it some serious thought.?

Wed., July 4th, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in Portable 4
This is the 4th of July - Indpendence Day for Americans.  Let's practice our independence by studying God's Word.  We are so fortunate to be able to be together and to worship our Lord in freedom.  Join us as we worship together and celebrate a man who pleased God by showing God how much he loved Him through his faith. This is a great night to practice our faith in the Lord by meeting together.

SUNDAY, July 8th, 2012 BIBLE LESSON
 @ 9 am in Portable 4
Memory Verse:   "I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever."   Psalm 89:1

How big is your faith?  Abraham had incredible faith in God.  What ever God told him to do, he was sure to do it.  If God asked you to do the unspeakable, like kill someone you love dearly, would you do it?  Well, most likely, God wouldn't ask that of us today, but He did ask that of Abraham.  You know what - Abraham had such love and faith in God that he was willing to do whatever God asked him to do - even kill his only son.  Did Abraham actually go through with it?  We have the story to tell you straight out of the book of Genesis.  Hope you join us.

If you missed Sunday morning, you can catch up on the Bible story tonight.  It would be good for all of us to search our hearts and to ask ourselves how much we trust God.  As you learn more about God's amazing powers and love, you will also learn to love Him more.  Come be with us as with honor God with our study about Him.
